Profile of Instructor - Kaye Scott

Kaye has been training dogs for nearly 20 years and became a member of the club when she brought her first dog, a border terrier cross, to basic obedience training classes in 1990.

She has an 11 year old black Lurcher called Jet (pictured right) who she has trained in both obedience and agility. He has now retired from competition agility and Kaye now runs a friend's Duck Tolling Retriever in agility!

Kaye instructs at all levels of obedience as well as agility and is an affiliate member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and a member of and assessor for the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. She has also recently be copted onto the Association's committee responsible for marjeting and PR.

She is also qualified in Advanced Canine Psychology and is an Associate Member of the Animal Care College. She is working towards the Kennel Club's Accreditation Scheme for Instructors in dog training and canine behaviour.

She is the club Chairperson and Treasurer.
